1.How long does the battery last?

Full battery will support up to six hours talking or playing music.

2.How long do I need to charge my battery?

In order to experiencing longer services, we will recommend to have at least 2 hours to fully charge the battery.

3.Can I replace the lenses with prescription lenses?

Yes, you can, but we would recommended you go to the professional glasses shop to change the lenses.

4.Can other people easily hear the music playing on my sunglasses?

Yes, the music will spread out to other people around you, but just a little bit (even the volume is over 80%), most of energy is heading to your ear.

5.Can these get wet? Sweat or rain?

XZUES model BG-01 are water or sweat resistant, it can provide you more possibility, and you could still enjoy music while jogging in the rain.

6.Does this come with warranty?

Yes. We offer one-year frames manufacture warranty within USA. Which is valid either from the date of purchase of manufacture, whichever is longest. If you require product support. Please reach out to us at XZUES and we’d be happy to help get you back up

7.What does the package include?

For XZUES model BG-01, it included 1 pair of glasses, USB cable, glasses cloth and case, user manual and a warranty card.

8.Does this work with any phone?

Yes, it works with any brand of phone, as long as the blue tooth is capable.

9.How to adjust the size?

It only come with one size but flexible to bend, and it fit most of the head.

10.Can the battery be replaced once it won’t charge anymore?

The lithium-ion battery is non-removable. If you require assistance with your product battery, please contact your XZUES product support.
